I know this from both sides.
I spent years trying to conceive. I know what it feels like to do everything right and still not have answers. I know what it feels like to sit across from a doctor who means well but doesn't have time to go deeper.
That experience didn't break me. It made me a better practitioner. It's why I read every case as if the answer is in there somewhere — because in my experience, it usually is.
This work is personal. It has always been personal.
Why I'm not in a clinic anymore.
For 25 years I worked with women one-on-one in a clinical setting. One woman per hour. One timezone. One city. The work was meaningful — but the ceiling was real.
There are millions of women trying to conceive right now who will never walk into a fertility clinic — not because they don't need help, but because no one has taught them how to read their own bodies. That's the literacy gap I'm trying to close.
Moving online wasn't a retreat from clinical practice. It was the only way to reach the women who need this most — wherever they are, whenever they're ready.
How I work.
Most practitioners work from a single framework. I work from three simultaneously — Western diagnostics, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and endocrinology. That combination lets me see patterns that get missed when you're only looking through one lens.
I start with data. Daily body metrics, hormonal panels, nutrient baselines. Not one or two markers — the whole picture, read together. Most women have been given pieces. I read the whole picture.

TAURANGA, NEW ZEALAND
Practicing from the edge of the Pacific.
I'm based in Tauranga, New Zealand, where I work with women internationally via an entirely online practice. My clients are in the US, Australia, Brazil, the UK, and across Asia — time zones are the only logistics we manage.
New Zealand is where I live, garden, crochet, and go for my Taekwondo black belt. It's a good place to do deep work.
What I am, and what I'm not.
I am a licensed acupuncturist, a board-certified Chinese herbalist, and a specialist in women's hormones and fertility. I have 25 years of clinical experience and an 85% conception rate across my patient base.
I am not a medical doctor. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat disease. What I do is read the body more completely than most — and teach you to do the same.
