These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of womb.coach and the fertility education, coaching, and membership services provided by Amelia Hirota t/a Womb Coach ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing this site, registering for a webinar, joining The Fertility Circle, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this site or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase any of our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Educational Content, Not Medical Advice
The content, coaching, and tools provided through Womb Coach — including webinars, articles, member resources, and The Fertility Circle — are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified medical professional. Please see our Medical Disclaimer for full details. You should always consult your doctor or fertility specialist before making decisions about your health or fertility care.
Membership & The Fertility Circle
The Fertility Circle is a paid membership program billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at sign-up). Membership grants access to the content, community, and resources available at the time of your subscription; the specific content and features may evolve over time. Founding member pricing, where offered, is locked for the duration of continuous membership and will not increase for as long as your subscription remains active without a lapse in payment.
Payment, Billing & Cancellation
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial periods already paid. We reserve the right to change pricing for new members at any time, though existing founding members retain their locked rate as described above.
No Guarantee of Results
Fertility is influenced by many individual factors, and we make no guarantees, promises, or warranties — express or implied — regarding pregnancy, conception, or any specific health outcome as a result of using our content, coaching, or programs. Testimonials and individual results shared on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for you.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site and within our programs — including written material, videos, graphics, and downloadable resources — is the property of Womb Coach and protected by copyright. You may use this content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without our prior written permission.
User Conduct
You agree to use this site and our services lawfully and respectfully. Within The Fertility Circle community or any shared spaces, you agree not to harass other members, share another member's personal or health information without consent, or post content that is abusive, discriminatory, or unrelated to the purpose of the community. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for anyone who violates this.
Third-Party Services & Links
Our site and services may include links to or integrations with third-party tools, such as our payment processor, email platform, or social media. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service you access through our platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Womb Coach and Amelia Hirota are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, including membership, if you breach these Terms. You may also end your relationship with us at any time by cancelling your membership and ceasing use of the site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
