Womb Coach ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Amelia Hirota and provides fertility education, coaching, and membership services at womb.coach. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or our services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and any details you share through contact forms, webinar registrations, newsletter sign-ups, or membership applications. If you join The Fertility Circle or another paid program, we collect billing information necessary to process payment, though full card details are handled directly by our payment processor and never stored on our servers. If you use member tools such as the Body Log, we collect the health-related information you choose to enter, including menstrual cycle data, symptoms, and fertility-related notes.
Health Information
Some information you share with us as part of coaching or member tools is health-related and treated with particular care. We do not sell health information, and we limit access to it to what's necessary to provide our services to you. You're always in control of what you choose to record or share with us, and you can request deletion of this information at any time by contacting us.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver the services you've signed up for, including webinar access, membership content, and coaching communications; process payments and manage your membership; send newsletters, program updates, and marketing communications you've opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time); respond to inquiries sent through our contact form; and improve our website and programs.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with trusted service providers who help us operate, including our payment processor (Stripe) for billing, our website and email platform (Funnel Gorgeous and its LC Mail sending service) for hosting, membership delivery, and email communications, and Google Workspace for business email correspondence. These providers only access the information necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies provided by our website platform (Funnel Gorgeous) to operate core site functions, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. If we add additional analytics or advertising tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy to reflect that.
Data Storage and International Visitors
Your information is stored and processed using our service providers' systems, which may be located outside New Zealand. Regardless of where your information is processed, we take reasonable steps to keep it secure and handle it in line with this policy.
